1. Processing Time All orders are processed and packed with care within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
2. European Solidarity Shipping (EU)
- Standard Shipping: € 15.00 (Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days).
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over €50.00 within the European Union.
3. International Shipping (Non-EU & USA) Due to current geopolitical climates and threats of “total trade cut-offs,” shipping outside the EU may incur higher fees and longer transit times. Any customs duties, import taxes, or retaliatory tariffs imposed by your local government are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Europe Greenland is not responsible for packages stolen from your porch after confirmed delivery.
