Sometimes a sanctuary isn’t exactly what you expected. We understand. Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to change your mind.
1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your ceramic house, no questions asked.
2. Condition of Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. (Please, no melted wax inside the houses if you plan to return them!).
3. How to Initiate a Return Please email us at service.denmarkgreenland@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Damages in Transit (Collateral Damage) If your ceramic house arrives broken due to rough handling by couriers, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will immediately dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund. Peace must be restored.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
