Returns & Refunds Policy
Change of Heart? Experiencing a spot of buyer’s remorse regarding your international expansion? Not to worry. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your ceramic house must be unused, in pristine condition, and resting securely in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: Simply drop us an email at [Your Support Email] with your order number. We shall provide you with the return shipping address. Kindly note that the return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged in Transit? Whilst we pack our ceramics with the utmost care, international freight can occasionally be rough. If your parcel arrives looking as though it has been through a geopolitical crisis (i.e., chipped or broken), please accept our sincerest apologies. Send us a photograph of the damage within 48 hours of receipt, and we shall promptly dispatch a replacement estate to you, completely free of charge.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
