Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch email. Postal owls are sometimes delayed by heavy snow.
🏢 Frequently Asked “Investor” Questions (FAQ)
The Property Itself
1. Is it actually from Greenland? Our designs are deeply inspired by the vibrant, colorful coastal houses of Greenland. However, to ensure high-quality ceramics and accessible shipping for our European investors, the crafting process takes place in our selected international kilns. The soul is Arctic, the clay is global.
2. Will it melt? No. Unlike actual icebergs, your ceramic real estate is fired at extreme temperatures. It is completely safe to place a tealight candle inside. It will glow, but it will never melt.
3. I am a billionaire from the US. Can I buy the whole island? We sell exclusively to individuals who appreciate Hygge, not geopolitics. Currently, our “Estate Bundle” is the closest anyone can get to buying the whole island—and it’s much more affordable than the GDP of a small nation.
Shipping & Deeds
4. Where do you ship to? We currently focus our “real estate market” primarily within Europe, bringing a piece of Nordic warmth to homes from Copenhagen to Berlin, and Stockholm to Paris. Check our checkout page to see if your country is on our approved investor list.
5. How long does the commute take? (Shipping Times) Standard shipping within the EU typically takes [Insert Your Actual Shipping Time, e.g., 5-10 business days]. We pack every ceramic house with extreme care—because nobody likes receiving a property with a collapsed roof.
6. I made a mistake on my address. Can I change it? If your property hasn’t been dispatched yet, email us immediately at support@europegreenland.com. Once the tracking number is generated, the deed is finalized and the package is out of our hands.
Returns & Maintenance
7. My house arrived broken. Do you offer property insurance? Absolutely. We wrap these little houses securely, but if a postal worker decides to play football with your package, we’ve got you covered. Send us an email with a photo of the “storm damage” within 14 days of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or a refund. No complicated insurance claims needed.
8. How do I maintain my new property? No property taxes, no painting required, and no lawn to mow. Simply dust it occasionally and place a standard tealight inside when the winter nights get too long.
